OCEANCASH PACIFIC BERHAD
Situated in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, The Oceancash Group has come a
long way from a humble beginning in 1997 as a resinated felt manufacturer operating
from rented premises.
Oceancash Pacific Berhad(OPB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 26 August
2002 as a private limited company under the name of Modernflex Sdn Bhd. On 12
November 2002, it changed its name to Oceancash Pacific Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 27
November 2002, it was converted to a public company and assumed its present name.
Today, OPB, as a public listed investment holding company, has two
subsidiaries, Oceancash Felts Sdn. Bhd.(OFSB) and
Oceancash Nonwoven Sdn. Bhd.(ONW), with
core business in felt and nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
