Situated in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, The Oceancash Group has come a
long way from a humble beginning in 1997 as a resinated felt manufacturer operating
from rented premises.
Oceancash Pacific Berhad(OPB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 26 August
2002 as a private limited company under the name of Modernflex Sdn Bhd. On 12
November 2002, it changed its name to Oceancash Pacific Sdn Bhd. Subsequently, on 27
November 2002, it was converted to a public company and assumed its present name.Today, OPB, as a
public listed investment holding company, has two
subsidiaries, Oceancash Felts Sdn. Bhd.(OFSB) and
Oceancash Nonwoven Sdn. Bhd.(ONW).
Oceancash Felts Sdn. Bhd.
Manufacturing and distribution of resinated felts and thermobond felts for thermal and
acoustic applications which include but not limited to : the interior and exterior trims of automobiles,
noise damper for the compressors of split unit air-conditioners as well as insulation in buildings
including roofs, ceilings, walls, partitions and floors as carpet underlay.
Oceancash Nonwoven Sdn. Bhd.
Manufacturing and distribution of thermobond and airthrough nonwoven cloth
as well as Polyethylene Film (PE) for hygiene applications which include
but not limited to : top and back sheet of diapers and sanitary napkins, wet wipes as well as
surgical apparels including caps, masks and gowns.
